We ship to countries within and outside the European Union.

If you would like your order delivered to Switzerland, please visit our Swiss store.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €50 and free shipping to other EU countries on orders over €60.

For orders below these amounts and deliveries outside the European Union, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany, within 24 - 48 hours.

Transit times begin from the shipping date, not the order date. If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

International Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Orders delivered outside the European Union generally take longer to arrive. Delivery may also be delayed by customs processing, local authorities or the local delivery service.

These delays are outside Lamarel’s control.

 

Tracking Your Order

It may take a short while for your tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information has not been updated for several business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other local fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Lamarel is not responsible for these expenses.

Customs requirements and fees vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order if you require further information.

Please note that customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as at returns@shoplamarel.com soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
