Return Policy

We want you to feel your best in every LAMAREL piece. If another size would suit you better, our team is happy to assist. Should your order not meet your expectations, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Visit https://returns.itsrever.com/lamareleu  

2. Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

3. Select a refund or exchange and choose the reason for your return.

4. Choose your preferred return method: home collection or drop-off point.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and with all original tags and packaging included.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved and processed.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

 

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The applicable return fee will be shown during the return process and will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. 

Please note: The returned item remains your responsibility until it has been received by our warehouse.

For orders that qualified for free shipping as part of a promotion, customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 23 days for your return and refund to be fully processed. 

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

 

Incorrect Refund

If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, please contact us at returns@shoplamarel.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange through the return’s portal. Available exchange options will be shown when you register your return.

Incorrect or Defective Items
